• Estate Planning: including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies and other ancillary estate planning documents.

• Prenuptial, Postnuptial and Domestic Partnership Agreements: drafting and review of prenuptial, postnuptial and domestic partnership agreements. 

 

• Estate and Trust Administration: We also probate and administer estates and trusts and handle a variety of Surrogate’s Court matters.  

  

Real Estate:  We represent clients in purchases and sales of cooperative apartments and condominiums as well as provide legal counsel in matters relating to owners/shareholders and co-op/condo boards, landlord/tenant matters, leasing and mortgage valuation/appraisal issues.

 

Employment:  We counsel clients (employers, employees, and independent contractors) in connection with employment agreements and separations, as well as disputes arising in the employment context.
